TCOE migration to Gmail

TCOE EMail Clean-up and Delete. This article includes information on mass-deleting groups of unneeded emails from Outlook, TCOE Webmail and MacMail so that as we move from TCOE's mail servers to the Google platform, there will be less mail to need to move.

Add your Gmail account to your current email program and copy emails from TCOE to Gmail
Use Google's Outlook-to-Gmail tool (requires administrator credentials on your computer)
Have TCOE IT use Google's server-to-server tool
