Our Instructional Support Specialists are trained in Jim Knight's coaching programs like the impact cycle and high-impact instruction. Megan is our TK-5th grade coaching specialist, working with teachers across subjects. Megan also supports early childhood educators and providers through coaching and collaboration. Coaching is non-evaluative and is built to support teachers, including instructional practices and assessments to classroom management and curriculum planning. Additionally, this position serves as the county ELPAC Coordinator (English Language Proficiency Assessments), and provides and supports ELPAC assessments as needed at eight school districts.
