AFLAC 24-25 Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment Runs August 15th thru September 16th
AFLAC is TCOE's primary 125 plan partner and all eligible district employees are welcome to participate. Obtaining a plan is entirely voluntary, however, attendance of at least one open enrollment meeting is required for compliance with IRS regulations. In our efforts to accommodate everyone at their convenience, we will again be offering various options for participation. We'll continue to offer virtual meetings, both in a group setting and privately as individual appointments. We have also organized a few in-person meetings onsite at TCOE. Here's our meeting schedule:

Individual In-person Meetings
All in-person meetings will take place in TCOE's Bohda-Pom Room. Our AFLAC representative, Daniel Rojo, will be onsite taking walk-in and scheduled appointments.
